Why should you want to earn residual income opposed to just regular income off of every sale you generate? When you earn residual income you are working for that sale one time and you will never have to work again for sales as long as that customer remains a member. Most people make the mistake of trying to generate one sale at a time for each customer. This is an average way of earning a respectable income but an even better way is to aim to earn residual income on EACH sale. For example, let’s say you earn 50 dollars commission per MONTH for this membership site you are closely working with. Each new member you bring to the membership site, you receive 50 dollars a month. Now while it may be harder to initially bring a member to the site and generate that first sale, you will be rewarded with 600 dollars a year! Each customer earning 50 dollars a month is worth 600 dollars a year. It is crucial that you lock up each customer sale and continue to earn residual income working right in the comfort of your own home.

Additionally, when you earn residual income you are often times than not your own boss. You don’t have someone breathing down your back and in a matter of 24 hours or less you can have a fully functional website selling a residual income affiliate program. Before you try to sell a residual income affiliate program, you need to weigh in a few factors.

1. You need to look for a residual income affiliate program that is established and respectable. The worst thing you can do is find a product and/or service to promote just because of the commission it earns. That reputation that took you years to build will be tarnished in a matter of minutes if you think like that. Test the product or service out and make sure it is SOMETHING YOU would buy also. Don’t offer complete junk.

2. MLM-Multi-Level-Marketing is one of the largest residual income opportunities out there. When finding a MLM opportunity to promote, you need to do your research and make sure it is NOT A SCAM. There are hundreds of MLM opportunities out there and with that comes scams. There are definitely some MLM opportunities just waiting to take your customers money with no return on investment. Make sure you only work closely with well established companies.

To earn residual income is one of the greatest feelings and opportunities in the world. This works well when young entrepreneurs are first starting out with no money for start-up costs. The great thing about residual income opportunities is that there are minimal start-up costs. Believe in yourself and take your time finding the right product to promote.
