We can break assets down into two fundamental groups: movable and immovable. Although such classification seems simple, it is actually quite complex. Understanding this dichotomy will make things much simpler for the person in charge. At the most fundamental level, we classify anything that is mobile as "movable". Typically any vehicle, be it car, boat, or tractor would be classified as such.

True to its name, immovable assets are those which can’t be moved. The three most important things that are needed for the functioning of a business are manpower, machinery and management. These are very important assets in any business. If there is lack of proper management, it is not possible to be efficient. Many other tools like software and others, are also important assets to a business.
