Why Conference Folders Are Not Just For Conferences

If you have important documents to present to clients or a presentation to make to customers then a Promotional Conference Folder may be just what you need. Too often these great pieces of Promotional Merchandise are just thought of for Conferences and Seminars.

Undoubtedly the very finest are leather conference folders They exude class and distinction and as well as looking beautiful they feel and smell wonderful which is why they make great Promotional Gifts. Let's say for example that a client needs a folder to house documents relating to a presentation to construction engineers. There are numerous types of folders on the market, ring binders, zipped folders, attache case folders to name but a few. Regular styles usually consist of a simple pad holder and pen loop. The opposing cover usually has a couple of slit pockets also. Larger more upmarket models would have pockets for additional items such as calculators, business cards etc. The largest and best models could include a calculator and a decent pen as well as maybe a leather strap closure to finish it off properly.

No longer do you have to buy thousands of folders in order to get a bespoke product. This works extremely well with colour matching fabrics. Even the linings of these bespoke promotional folders can be branded which makes them really unique business gifts. If you have a lead times of 6-8 weeks it is always worth asking your promotional merchandise supplier if they can source folders for you in the Far East or India, the savings can be considerable.
